Erin Noon Kay, the founder of Claiming Disability, is a dedicated disabled activist who prioritizes community well-being. With a strong belief in the importance of wearing masks to protect others, Erin is committed to making a positive impact

Erin identifies a "fierce disabled entrepreneurial woman," with Cerebral Palsy. She uses a walker and wheelchair occasionally, but she believes it's "OK" to look disabled and is working hard to bring representation for disability in film and everyday culture through media projects and disability related content. She believes "disabled," is NOT is a bad word, but a badge of honor, a beautiful community, a culture. She has worked in the non-profit, governmental, and business sector for over 10 years.

​Paris K. C. Barclay (born June 30, 1956) is an American television director, producer, and writer. He is a two-time Emmy Award winner and is among the busiest single-camera television directors, having directed nearly 200 episodes of television to date, for series such as NYPD Blue, ER, The West Wing, CSI, Lost, The Shield, House, Sons of Anarchy, In Treatment, Glee, Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, The Watcher, and American Horror Story: NYC. He serves as an executive producer on many of the shows he directs, and has served as a writer and co-creator as well. From 2013 to 2017, Barclay served two terms as the President of the Directors Guild of America.

​Jim LeBrecht is the director and producer of Crip Camp. He has over 35 years of experience as a film and theater sound designer and mixer, author and disability rights activist. Jim began his career in theater, working as the resident sound designer at the Berkeley Repertory Theater for 10 years. His film credits include The Island President, The Waiting Room, The Kill Team and Audry and Daisy. A complete list of his film credits (over 145) can be viewed at IMDB. Jim co-authored Sound and Music for the Theater: the art and technique of design. Now in its 4th edition, the book is used as a textbook all over the world. Jim's work as an activist began in high school and continued at UC, San Diego, where he helped found the Disabled Students Union. Jim is currently a board member of the Disability Education and Defense Fund, which works for the rights of the disabled through education, legislation, and litigation.

​Jennifer Keelan-Chaffins was born with cerebral palsy and started her life of activism for disability rights at the age of six. At age eight, she climbed out of her wheelchair and up the steps of the US Capital Building during the Capital Crawl, in support of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The media coverage of her iconic act earned her a seat at the table within the disability rights movement, and helped galvanize Congress into passing the first ever civil rights legislation for disabled Americans.
